Revocations
Pursuant to the memorandum on the Regulations of Award Management and Regulated Badges, the Quartermaster Corps exercises the right to revoke accouterments and badges from users who no longer meet the requirements for the accouterments and badges. The Quartermaster Corps will notify users of the revocation and the reason for the revocation. Users may appeal the revocation by court order.
Summary
The memorandum authorizes the following users to revoke accouterments:

Revocation Reasons
Awards and badges may be revoked for the following reasons:

| Desertion | The user has deserted from service |
| Cowardice | The user has shown cowardice in the face of the enemy |
| Dishonorable Conduct | The user has conducted themselves dishonorably |
| Conduct unbecoming | The user has conducted themselves unbecomingly |
| Violations of Army Core Values | The user has violated the Army Core Values |
| Accidental Mistake | While not specified in the memorandum, the Quartermaster Corps may revoke accouterments and badges for accidental mistakes during issurance. |
Enforcement
The Quartermaster Corps will enforce the revocation of accouterments and badges by the following process:
- The defendant must be notified that their accouterments and badges are being revoked.
- The defendant may appeal the revocation via court order through preliminary injunction or through any arbitration/alternative dispute resolution (ADR) with the individual initiating the request. In cases of ADR, the decision is binding and enforceable, unless proven the arbitrator is biased/in favor of one party.
- If the defendant does not appeal the revocation, the appeal is denied, or the judgment has entered into default in favor of the plaintiff, the Quartermaster Corps will revoke the proscribed accouterments and badges from the defendant.
All enforcement actions will be conducted by brxngles.
Appeals
The Quartermaster Corps is not a party to the appeal process unless the Quartermaster Corps is the initiator of the revocation. The Quartermaster Corps will provide the necessary information to the court or arbitrator to assist in the appeal process.
Final Judgement
Should the Department of the Army and/or Department of Defense initiates the appeal process, there is no appeal process. The final judgement is the final decision and is not subject to appeal.
Restoration
The Quartermaster Corps will not and cannot restore awards after they have been revoked. The defendant cannot have their revoked accouterments and badges relogged into the Quartermaster Bot, unless they have been re-earned through continued service.
Procedural
The Quartermaster Corps will follow the following procedures when revoking accouterments and badges:
- To start the process, use the following command:
/revoke add [USER]
Follow the prompts to add the user's accouterments and badges to the revocation list.
- To extend the revocation, use the following command:
/revoke extend [USER] [DURATION]
- To cancel a revocation, use the following command:
/revoke cancel [TRANSACTION ID]
The transaction ID is provided when the revocation is initiated.
Attempts to restore revoked accouterments and badges will result in a permanent ban from the Quartermaster Corps, loss of awarding privileges, and possible legal action. Once the appeal is finalized, there cannot be another appeal or pardon to restore the accouterments and badges.
