This page will provide information on payroll, budgeting, and other financial matters within the Quartermaster Corps.

Definitions​

  • Budget: The amount of money allocated to the Quartermaster Corps for a specific period. This amount varies based on the sales of uniforms and other Quartermaster Corps products.
  • Payroll: The process of paying employees of the Quartermaster Corps.
  • Reimbursement: The amount of money paid to employees for robux costs associated with their duties.
  • Commission: The amount of money paid to employees for the sale of Quartermaster Corps products.
  • Bonus: An additional amount of money paid to employees for various reasons.
  • Quartermaster Designation: The classifications of employees who design uniforms for the Quartermaster Corps.
  • Uploader Designation: The classifications of employees who upload uniforms to the Quartermaster Corps store.
  • Quartermaster General: The head of the Quartermaster Corps who oversees all financial matters.
  • Bot Manager: The Quartermaster Corps employee responsible for managing the Quartermaster Bot.
  • Pay Rate: The amount of money paid to employees per uniform sold.
  • Robux: The virtual currency used in the game Roblox.
  • Budget Officer: The Quartermaster Corps employee responsible for managing the Quartermaster Corps budget.
  • Payroll Officer: The Quartermaster Corps employee responsible for processing payroll.
  • Quartermaster Corps: The organization responsible for designing and selling uniforms in the game Roblox.
  • Employee: A member of the Quartermaster Corps who is paid for their work.
  • Department: A division within the Quartermaster Corps responsible for specific tasks.

Payroll​

All employees of the Quartermaster Corps are paid monthly. Payroll is processed on the first day of the next month, and processed within the first week of the month. Payroll is processed by the Quartermaster General or the Bot Manager, who becomes the payroll officer for the month.

Uniforms made by the Quartermaster will earn a 3 robux commission, except if the uniform is for personal use. Likewise, uniforms made by the Uploader will earn a 13 robux commission, except if the uniform is for personal use.

Bonuses​

Bonuses can be awarded to employees for certain reasons. Bonuses are awarded at the discretion of the payroll officer. However, the bonus must be personally funded by the payroll officer, and cannot be derived from the Quartermaster Corps budget.
